Please find the GUIDELINES below:

 

 

     1.  Download the Membership form.

     2.  Kindly fill out accordingly and send it back together with your

          CV for our confirmation.

          (You can send your scanned document at our

          email at psspinc@yahoo.com.ph)

     3.  You will receive an email confirming that it is received.

     4.  You will be scheduled for an Orientation Meeting.

          Please be informed that there should be at least 10 delegates

          to proceed the meeting.

    

 

Once scheduled:

 

     1.  Kindly confirm that you are able to attend to such date.

     2.  Bring your printed membership form at the orientation meeting

          venue.

 

 

Who are eligible for membership?

     1.  Filipinos who are 21 years old and above.

     2.  All individuals who wish to have a basic knowledge in

          Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)

     3.  Individuals who have an interest in or responsibilities

          for Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)

     4.  Graduating students who wanted to pursue basic knowledge

          in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)
